According to the Arizona Department of Health Services website, there are now 44 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the state of Arizona.\u00a0 The majority of these are in Maricopa County (22 cases), whereas Navajo County now has 3 confirmed cases.\u00a0 For a full report, visit www.azdhs.gov.<\/p>\n

Make sure you are doing your part to help reduce the spread of the virus:<\/p>\n

-Wash your hands regularly with soap and warm water, scrubbing for 20 seconds (also use hand sanitizer, though this is not a replacement for watching your hands)<\/p>\n

-Avoid touching any part of your face<\/p>\n

-Avoid personal contact with other people (recommended to keep 3-6 feet of distance between)<\/p>\n

-Wipe down surfaces often with antibacterial wipes or a bacteria-killing spray<\/p>\n

-Consider ordering takeout or delivery rather than eating in while supporting your local restaurants<\/p>\n

-Try not to grab too many supplies, to ensure that others can gather what they need<\/p>\n

-Most importantly, if you are feeling unwell, stay home (and call your doctor or hospital ahead of time to schedule an appointment)<\/p>\n
